Hello I am a single mom of three children, we have been living in our place a little over 4 years now and the landlord has not truly did alot for this property. He basically been neglecting to the point I ask him to bring in professional help for all the mice and bugs that get in the home and he always says we’ll im not the one that place them in there what am I suppose to do is his response. I have voice notes of him hanging up on me when im trying to express how frustrating it is for my children in me to be in this type of environment with rodents running around my kids are scared to walk around there own home. I am on section 8 they have done a inspection recently and he has failed it and basically has not came back out to get anything started to fix what was failed after claiming he was coming out to fix things.He also says just find some where eles to live if your not happy but the thing is I have been out of work since the kids were out of school for the summer,so I’ve been looking for a job that will work with my availability since im the only one that can get my children when there out of school but the jobs application are denied because they cant work with my hours I can work. So I express that to the landlord if I wanted to move I couldn’t because I don’t have a job for deposit to move because section 8 just pays rent not a security deposit. Me or my family dont deserves this type of treatment especially if he is getting paid rent. I need help he is being unprofessional. Im scared ill be homeless because of him not wanting to come fix anything and I loose my place. I am also having trouble getting my car fix because it keeps overheating, so im definitely asking for help please and thank you.

As winter approaches, I am facing a difficult situation and am in need of help with my gas bill. Unexpected circumstances have put a significant strain on my finances, I’m overdue on bills for a few months, and despite cutting back wherever possible, things are getting worse, I’m worried about keeping the heat on for my family as the weather gets colder. I know everyone is dealing with their own struggles, and it’s hard to ask for this kind of help, but I’m doing everything I can to get back on my feet. Any support would not only help cover a basic necessity but also provide immense peace of mind during a stressful time.
