I am new to this platform . I am a single mother of 4 kids and recently started my own healthcare staffing company in memory of my deceased son. I have invested everything I have and didn’t have to start this company. I am having a difficult time recruiting CNA’s in North Carolina, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and surrounding states. I offer great pay rates , flexible schedules and benefits. I just need help spreading the information. I can’t afford to hire staff so I’m a one woman business.
