Remote Appointment Setter / Service Coordinator

Base Pay: $16.00 per hour

Job Type: Part-time Sales

Shifts: 9am-3pm Monday through Thursday (Flexible)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Cherry Hill, NJ 08034. You MUST live in New Jersey to accept this job.

We are currently reviewing resumes for sales professionals who have a record of meeting aggressive sales goals for their company. You will be contacting commercial leads and connecting them with our expert clients while establishing rapport with our customer base for sales retention. We’re looking for individuals who will possess excellent communication skills, have the ability to collect and manage multiple pieces of information, be persuasive and adaptable, be tenacious, have high energy, and be self-motivated.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

Deliver scripted pitch to commercial building owners

Adjust scripted pitch to meet the needs of specific owners

Handle building owner’s questions and objections

Obtain building owner’s information, including names, addresses, phone numbers, etc.

Answer telephone calls from potential building owners who are responding to advertisements or voicemails

Contact building owners to follow up on initial interaction

Update lead information

You will need:

A stable, reliable internet connection

Knowledge of the programs in Google Workspace, including Gmail, Drive, Chat, and Sheets.

A laptop or desktop computer compatible with Vonage

A headset for phone calls

A quiet place to work

A friendly demeanor

A determined attitude

Education and Experience:

Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies

Relevant work experience in telemarketing, collections, customer service or marketing.
