What payment methods are accepted? We accept all debit and credit card payments, as well as PayPal and Apple Pay! Does Bawdy Rituals ship products internationally? Unfortunately at the time, we do not ship internationally, but we plan to very soon! We will definitively keep our customers up to date, if anything changes! How are products shipped? How long does it take to receive my package? Please be advised that most of our products are made to order, to ensure that your shipment is fresh and has a longer shelf-life! Please allow 3-5 business days for your product to be prepared. Once your product is made and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that it’s on it’s way. All standard shipping packages are shipped via USPS, so please allow 5-7 business days to receive your package. For expedited shipping, higher shipping fees may be applied. Local pick up options are currently only available for Austin, TX (78723) and Portland, OR (97202) areas. Why did I only receive part of my order? Don't worry, it's on its way! While we do our best to ship all orders in one package, there are times when orders will ship from multiple locations. Bath Care items are generally shipped from Austin, TX and Self Care items are shipped from Portland, OR. I received the wrong goods, what do I do? Although we strive for perfection, we are human and sometimes the wrong items are shipped from our locations. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused and our customer service team is here to help make things right! Please contact our team via email ([email protected]), so we can work to get you your goods as soon as possible. I need my order shipped to a different address, what do I do? If you happened to incorrectly add your address or recently moved and need to update the address, an extra fee of $15 will be required. Shoot us an email as soon as possible so that we can have your package intercepted and sent to the corrected address.
What do I do if my order is damaged? We are so sorry about your order arriving in bad condition! All you will need to do is shoot us an email at ([email protected]) with a picture of your product and we will re-send a new one. If you would like a refund instead, then that can be done as well. Please allow 5-10 business days for a new shipment and/or refund. If damaged products are replaced, then we can only replace it with the same product. Can I exchange a product if I am not satisfied? We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like to make an exchange, simply return the unused goods back to us and make a new purchase for the item(s) you want through our site.
