Ready to ship in 2-3 weeks
Shipping can take up to 2 weeks being that i am only one person & all orders made within the same time frame are shipped together, & also depends on the time it takes for custom items to be made as well. How long is shipping and handling? Processing (the time we need to prepare your order) takes up to 6-9 business days. This EXCLUDES WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS (It can be less than this amount of time if we are not going viral on social media or having a sale). Packages then take 1-5 days to deliver through USPS First Class Mail for United States destinations. Please exercise extra patience while the package is in transit due to the COVID-19 outbreak. We move swiftly and typically get packages sent off earlier than the 6-9 business days, but we do occasionally get random influxes of orders that can slow down our processing time. Orders placed on weekends do not begin processing until the next upcoming business day. Production For Custom items Production (the time we need to make your custom order) takes up to 7-21 business days. This EXCLUDES WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS (It can be less than this amount of time if we not having a sale). After production, processing and shipping time will follow. ************** Cashawn Ave is NOT responsible for damages and/or delays that may occur while packages are transported between various facilities. We also do NOT take responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address by mail carriers. Lastly, we are NOT responsible for covering the costs of goods damaged AFTER the customer has received their product(s).******************* If your product(s) arrived damaged, you can file a claim with the United States Postal service here. Please note that they only allow this to be done with USPS Priority Mail, meaning you would have had to select “Priority” shipping at checkout when you placed your order with us. USPS also only allows claims to be file 15 days following the day in which we dispatched the parcel. Should your order be returned to us as undeliverable, you will be charged a reshipment fee of $7.00 (for domestic orders) as we are not responssible for packages marked as undeliverable by the postal service.
Returns/Refunds/Cancelations: We do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations. On some occasions we do offer store credit. please contact me if you have any issues.
