Exchanges/Refunds Refunds are NOT allowed and exchanges are temporarily canceled due to COVID-19. Prior to Covid-19: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. Refunds are NOT allowed.
