What locations do you ship to? Currently, we are shipping orders in the USA, Canada and Worldwide. How long does an order take to arrive once shipped? All orders are processed & shipped as soon as possible, depending on the fastest shipping method available to your location. We typically take 3-5 business days for handling & processing your order. The typical delivery time frame is anywhere from 7-10 business days. Depending on your location, you might receive items much earlier. Please allow extra time during our busy season as postal delays are out of our control. Additional factors such as distance, customs, natural disasters may cause further postal delays. Tracking information, including the carriers, are provided with every order. Every order is ensured, if your package does not arrive you are eligible for a refund or replacement. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return and get a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected] If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. The complete cost of the label and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For Sale items specifically, these can not be returned or exchanged for store credit. You can always contact us for any return questions at [email protected] Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Cancellations / Cancel Order You can cancel your order before it is shipped, this will give you a full refund since we have not shipped out your order yet. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it with the mailing carrier.
