Due to the nature of our products, our Royal Purple Sea Moss is prepared to order to ensure freshness. Once your order is filled, it is mailed Priority through USPS. PLEASE ENSURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT DURING CHECKOUT. Returned packages due to an invalid address will be charged a $10 redelivery fee. If you notice your shipping address is incorrect after checkout, please email [email protected] with the correct address IMMEDIATELY.

All sales are final. We accept exchanges for products damaged during transit or if the incorrect item was shipped. To start an exchange, you can contact us at [email protected]. Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. There will not be a refund issued if package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, and recipient declines to pay the $10 redelivery fee. Your satisfaction is our number one priority!!!
