Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Orders placed after 3pm CDT during the week will be processed the following business day. Shipping rates are determined by the shipping selections that you choose at checkout. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. International Customers: We ship to a number of countries outside of the United States. However, shipping time and costs may vary. Please pay attention to shipping information at check out. International customers are not eligible for site-wide shipping discounts. Customs, Duties and Taxes Nude Skinz LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Damages Nude Skinz LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost or stolen during shipping. If you do not receive your items as tracking indicates, please contact the shipping carrier first to file a claim. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Shipping insurance protects against lost, stolen, or damaged orders and can be purchased on the checkout page. We have attached sizing guides to all of our sizable items for your convenience. While there are a few items that can't be returned, all of our other items are eligible for exchange in size, color, or simply another item in our online store. If you are unsatisfied with your item, please let us know and we will do our best to satisfy the problem. Our goal is excellent service and happy customers, so we will work to find a solution.
