Shipping Policy
Items are shipped using the United States Postal Office. Tracking numbers are given once the item has been dropped off at the Post Office. Please allow 48 hours to see movement. The USPS has extended First Class Shipping times to 5 Days. Your order will be shipped as a First Class Package with tracking.
Refund Policy
Please let me know immediately if you have any issues with your products. Most pieces are made in extremely small batches, so replacements and repairs must be communicated ASAP. Bracelets have a 2-year re-stringing warranty. Anklets will only be resized within 30 days of receipt. Earrings are non-refundable. I do my best to use lead and nickel-free metals for my jewelry. If you have any allergic reactions, please let me know, and I will refund your purchase.
