Thank you so much!** Local Pick-up: We do allow for pick-up of orders for Connecticut locals with Sister’s Soapbox products or New Orleans local for the other items in the store. If you select this option, we will contact you after the order has been processed with information about pick-up locations. At this time we do not own a retail location. Shipping: We ship USPS Priority Mail or UPS on domestic orders. Other shipping options or carriers may be available by request at an additional charge. All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days unless otherwise stated - we will reach out to you if there is a delay or a restock. UPS orders are not deliverable to post office boxes. USPS Priority Mail: A minimum $4.95 charge will apply to any order regardless of weight. Orders should arrive within 2 to 4 business days anywhere in the continental US. Heavy orders (over 5 lbs) will ship by UPS. International Orders: Currently not available at this time.
By nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for soaps, smoke blends, and body products. Instead, we can offer store credit for future purchases. For any product without the “Sister’s Soapbox” tag, a full or partial refund, store credit, or exchange can be arranged should you be unsatisfied with your product. This includes such non-consumables as jewelry, mailed art, wands etc, but excludes things like herbal smoke blends and foods items. Add-ons or spiritual work cannot be refunded - this is referring to any spiritual labor requested by the customer that has already been completed. A refund can be requested before the labor has been done, but afterwards they are not available. Thank you for your understanding! Please open and inspect your box immediately when it arrives. Any damage must be reported within 2 business days. If an item arrives damaged: save the original packaging, snap a photo of the issue and email it to [email protected] Damaged, defective, or incorrect products will be replaced at no cost to you.
