SHIPPING POLICY Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for any uncollected parcels due to incomplete/wrong address or unsuccessful delivery attempts. We are not liable for unanticipated delays due to bad weather conditions or customs clearance procedures. In the case of missing or lost parcels, refunds will be processed only upon official confirmation from the postal service. According to universal postal regulations, the inquiry may take up to 2 months to conclude. HANDLING TIMES Although we aim to pack your order within 24 hours, we are a small business. To ensure all orders are packaged with care, we allow 2-3 business days to process your order. SHIPPING TIMES For domestic orders, please allow 3-5 business days for Standard shipping. For Express shipping, please allow 1-2 business days.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, an exchange or refund will be offered. We do NOT offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind. Return Process If your item is defective or does not match your order, please email us at [email protected] with the subject line: Return #OrderNumber within 7 days, with a photo of the received item and the reason for return. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your request. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on who you bank with. Exchanges (if applicable) We only offer exchanges if you need a different ring size or to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please send us an email at [email protected] with the subject line Exchange and #OrderNumber. All returned items must be unused, unaltered, undamaged, accompanied with their original box packaging and reach us within 30 days from the date of receiving your parcel. Please note you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). We will ship out your replacement free of charge once only. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again. Please then contact your bank or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected] Clearance items Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.
