Product is created using a stainless steel sippy/tumbler that will hold contents warm or cold for hours. Your cup is painted and designed and then layered with resin to protect the design. Resin takes three 3dys to cure and it is a FDA approved.

-Avoid using abrasive cleaners and sponges
-Not dishwasher safe
-Not microwave safe
-Do not soak
-Tumblers are sensitive to extreme temperatures. Do not leave in the car for extended periods, or in the freezer.
-Epoxy can crack or chip if dropped. I cannot be responsible for mishandling.
? SHIPPING ?
Please allow 7 days for your order to be complete. After completion, please allow at least 2-3 days for item to ship. This brings the total number of days that I will have your product before shipping to 10, not including weekends.
?RETURN POLICY?
Each tumbler is made to order and for this reason, returns are not accepted. If there are any issues with your tumbler, please contact me. I will ask to see pictures of the tumbler and if the error is found on my behalf, tumbler must be sent back to me with postage paid by the customer, before refund or replacement issue. If damage is done in transit, you will need to contact your local postal service to file a claim. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE ONCE ITEMS HAVE SHIPPED!
