All orders are processed as soon as they come in. We like to make our products in smaller batches which helps with quality control. Our candles have to cure for 2-3 days after they’re made in order for them to perform at their best. Once they’re done curing we immediately ship them out. Altogether it should take between 5-7 days for your order to reach you depending on your location. Our company is located in Easton, PA and the closer you are to us the faster you’ll receive your package. Our current shipping carrier is USPS (United States Postal Service). Due to COVID-19, we are NOT accepting any returns on products at this current time. We do plan to accept returns ONLY for products that haven’t been used once we’re sure it’s safe to do so. We do NOT accept refunds as well due to our hand making each product as they’re ordered. However, if our products arrive to you damaged on our behalf, we will issue you a refund. If your package is damaged, lost, or stolen due to carrier (USPS) problems you will have to file a claim with the carrier (USPS) and once the claim has been accepted by the carrier (USPS) we will issue you a refund. You can always contact us for any return question at [email protected] Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items We do not accept ANY returns at this time. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Exchanges We agree to only exchange WRONG or damaged items you received on our behalf. If your package is lost, damaged or stolen due to carrier (USPS) mistakes you will have to open a case with the carrier. Once the carrier (USPS) accepts your claim we will be more than happy to refund your order once the carrier (USPS) has notified us. We use insurance on ALL of our shipping packages for this exact reason. Refunds Refunds are only allowed if you've made a claim through our carrier (USPS) for a lost, damaged, or stolen package and they accepted your claim. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Also, if your package or items arrive to you damaged on our behalf we will automatically send you a refund after proof of damage on our end. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
