Refund Policy
Cancellations: I accept cancellations within 24 hours after purchase. If 24 hours have passed and the item has not yet been processed or shipped your cancellation request may be honored. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, I can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Earrings and Custom-made items are not returnable/refundable. Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded. To start a return, please email [email protected] with your order number. A return label will be provided to you, to return your item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.
