All our items are handmade upon order and shipped from Nairobi, Kenya, therefore processing time may vary with each product/design and shipping time will depend on location. Please allow up to 28 business days max to receive your order. However most orders will take 7 to 14 business days to get to you. In the event that it takes longer than estimated time, for valid reasons, we shall be keen to update you. Tracking information will be shared upon shipment from our fulfillment center in Nairobi. All shipments are handled by DHL. Please note: International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country. Any taxes or duties incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. If the receiver refuses to pay taxes and duties, the item(s) will be returned to sender and the order will be refunded, excluding the return and original shipping fee.
