Each order ships directly from us here in Katy, Texas. We aim to process all orders within 2-5 business days of the order date. Note that our business days do not include religious or major holidays nor weekends (Saturday & Sunday). We usually ship orders out Monday - Friday. EYESEYE aims to provide superb service to each of our supporters. Generally, all sales are final. However, in the event that your order is incorrect or there is any type of an issue due to an error on our part, we will gladly accept the item (or items) as a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and/or labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. You may submit a return request by sending an email to [email protected] Please include "Return Request - Order######" in the subject line. Upon approval, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Any items sent back to us without first having an approved return request on file will not be accepted. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. EXCHANGES Due to the nature of our items we do not honor exchange requests. REFUND PROCESSING TIMES With your approval we will either issue a refund, store credit or send the correct order (upon receipt of the return).
