Family needing assistance

Hi I’m a Mom of four , I have been diagnosed with HS a chronic skin condition, I have been unable to work for the last 6 months. I’m also still healing from having open heart surgery. I have recently applied for disability but that takes time. We have fallen behind on bills (car note not including late fee and rent ) and it’s also been hard getting personal items. School also starts in a few days. I have asked for all the help I can from family. I’m a very shy person so this was hard to do but the need for help is way bigger than my pride. Thank you to anyone who helps and even if it’s just a prayer you are truly appreciated.
