Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed before shipped. Products will be shipped every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Anything ordered after 3pm EST will be shipped the next delivery day listed (ex. ordered after 3pm EST on Monday items will be shipped the following Wednesday).
We have an ALL SALES ARE FINAL policy, which means we DO NOT accept returns or give refunds. We ONLY accept returns for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped. In the case of this type of return, we will ONLY exchange the the item and a refund will NOT be given. To be eligible for that type of return, the damaged or incorrect item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at [email protected] Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exchanges We only exchange items that we have found to be either damaged through transit or if the incorrect item is delivered. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the item was approved or not.
