Shipping is through USPS. A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided. Please contact us immediately, if your package is not received by the scheduled delivery date or is damaged upon arrival. Please note that delivery transit times are based on business days and do not include weekends or holidays. *Sea moss requires refrigeration and will only be shipped Monday through Thursday priority mail* Please note all apparel is fulfilled at an offsite location and will be shipped in a separate package.
All sales are final... Everything here is handcrafted and made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges. However mistakes happen, so if your package does not arrive, is damaged or you received the wrong item, we will gladly resolve the issue. If a package is damaged due to the shipping carrier's negligence a claim will be filed and if approved all cost plus shipping will be reimbursed to the customer through the original payment method. Please allow 10 to 14 days for the claim to be resolved.
