Shipping Policy

My candles are hand-poured in small batches to ensure the best quality of each candle. To obtain the best hot throw, all of my candles are cured for at least one week as natural waxes, such as soy, take a little longer to bind to fragrance oils. Please allow 5-7 business days for all orders to be processed. I currently only ship within the United States. * SUMMER SHIPPING NOTICE: All orders will be shipped Monday-Wednesday to avoid your candles sitting in hot warehouses over the weekend. The last thing I want is for your candles to arrive to you melted or damaged in any way!

 

Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return your item(s), please contact me at [email protected] within 72 hours of receiving your purchase. Candles must not be burned and must be shipped in original packaging in order to qualify for a refund. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return of the item. I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item. Once I receive your returned item, I will inspect it and make sure it qualifies for a refund. I will notify you once a refund has been issued. Please allow 5-7 business days after notification for funds to appear in your account. If your candle arrives cracked or broken, I will be happy to replace it. Just take a photo of your damaged item and send it to [email protected] within 72 hours of receiving your purchase, and I will notify you once your replacement has been shipped.
