We ship orders Monday - Friday. Please allow 3-5 business days (excluding Holidays) for orders to be processed although most items go out immediately, it may vary. Once items are sent out, CX Collections is NOT responsible for any damaged or lost items in transit. Please be sure your shipping address is correct when checking out. Once we receive your order, the order cannot be modified or changed. We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses. If your package is marked "delivered" and has not been received, please contact the United States Postal Service at 1-800-275-8777. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS. Once the package leaves our facility and it is in the USPS mail carrier's possession, we are no longer responsible or liable. By placing your order, you acknowledge that you have read our policy, and CX Collections will not be held responsible for delayed packages or delivery issues by USPS.
Incorrect/Missing Items As a small business, mistakes are subject to happen and CX Collections take full responsibility. If you have received the wrong or missing items, please contact us at [email protected] with name, order number, and a screenshot of your order summary along with proof of what items were missing or incorrect. We will assess the situation and make it right. Note: Products must NOT show any signs of being worn/used.
