This scrub should be used on your body when in the shower. Cleanse your body then rub the scrub in a circular motion for 2 minutes. Use this scrub 2-3 times a week to exfoliate. I would not recommend using this on your face. The oils in the scrub may make your shower floor slippery so be cautious.
