Shipping Policy

Processing times: 3-6 business days. The minimum shipping time for standard shipping is between 4 to 7 days. All of our resin products are made to order so please allow up to a week for proper curing. We ask for your patience due to this unforeseen pandemic as shipping could potentially take longer than advised. Priority Shipping is available for packages over a certain weight. Shipping time depends on the location the products are being shipped to but they are not expected to exceed 2 days. In the event of multiple custom orders, allow up to 1 to 2 weeks for custom tutus and gift sets to be processed and shipped. If there is a further delay in shipping an email will be sent to the email provided. Your item(s) may be shipped ahead of schedule, I just ask that you be patient. Incorrect Shipping Information If a package is returned to Bows 2 Fros LLC due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Bows 2 Fros LLC is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect. No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order. Lost or Stolen Packages Bows 2 Fros LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Bows 2 Fros LLC will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. The customer has 24 hours after submitting an order to provide the correct address, and after that time, any packages shipped to the incorrect location will not be refunded and replacement will not be shipped to the correct address unless a new order is made.


 

Refund Policy

*****DUE TO COVID 19 RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME***** Returns are only accepted on packages that have not been opened and not containing a custom item. Please contact me within 10 days of delivery for returns. The customer is responsible for purchasing the shipping return label. Once the package is received and inspected, a full refund will be sent to the original method of payment. For orders with a free shipping promotion/delivery, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. If an item is delivered damaged/broken, please do not hesitate to contact me as we will open a claim with USPS regarding the damaged package. I ask that you document the damages as it will help with your claim. Because of the nature of these items, I can't accept returns or exchanges for: o Custom or personalized orders o Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) o Hair Accessories (for health/hygiene reasons) o Cosmetics/Skin Care o Worn Jewelry Returns and exchange details Refunds are processed between two to three business days after receiving the product. Unopened packages not containing custom items can be returned. If a custom item (i.e. knuckle duster) is broken upon delivery, it can be exchanged once the original is returned within the designated time frame. With all custom orders, especially on modified scrubs and tutus, please be aware that once payment is received, you have 30 minutes to cancel your purchase and request a refund. Before all orders are placed, I encourage you to get a price quote or email me to make sure the options are available. For custom orders, please allow up to 2 weeks to make sure supplies can be replenished in the chance that there are multiple orders.
