Orders will ship out in 3-5 business days after your order is placed. Products will ship Mon-Thurs to ensure that you receive them in the best possible condition. We want to make sure your candles do not endure any harsh weather conditions. Please be diligent in tracking your order in the summer. Try to bring candles in as soon as possible. Once packages are dropped off to USPS, we are no longer responsible for them. If your package is lost or stolen, we are not responsible. If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we are not responsible. However, you can file a claim with USPS using your tracking number. Packages shipped with Priority Mail are insured up to $100. If you have not received your order, first check your shipping confirmation email. Please keep in mind, USPS does not always update their tracking information daily. Even if your package has shipped, it may not be reflected. That is completely out of our control.
I want my customers to be completely satisfied with their products. For refunds, exchanges, and returns you have 5 days from the date of receipt to take advantage of the policy. Please contact us at [email protected], include your contact information, order number, and proof of receipt in your email. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once an item has been used, we are no longer responsible for any incorrect or damaged items. You must also provide a reasonable explanation. Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
