All Tani By Tani Pieces are handmade unless otherwise stated. Please allow 1-3 weeks for your order to be made based on volume of orders. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. I am not responsible for any damages, delays or packages being lost once shipped. Refund Policy
Returns are not accepted, due to the fact that every piece is one of one and handmade. Exchanges are accepted only if your Tani By Tani piece is the wrong size, whether it is too small or big or you were sent the wrong size. If absolutely necessary please send your requests to [email protected]. Otherwise, store credit is possible.
