If client picked location, text or email location address within 48hrs of booking or shoot will be canceled with full refund.

I hereby assign full copyright of these photographs to Ashmine Freeman, with the right of reproduction either wholly or in part.

I grant to the photographer or licensees the permissions to the above-mentioned photographs either separately or together, either wholly or in part, the perpetual and irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish video and/or photographs of me or I where I may be included for editorial trade, product advertising and such other fashion/business purpose in any manner and medium.

The photographer and licensees or assignees may have unrestricted use of these for whatever purpose, including advertising, with any retouching or alteration without restriction.

Provided my name is not mentioned in any other connection, statement, or wording which may be attributed to me personally, I undertake not to Prosecute or to institute proceedings, claims, or demands against either the Photographer or his or her agents in respect of any usage or above-mentioned photographs. I hereby release the photographer named above from all claims and liability relating to images, video or photographs taken of me.

Photos for personal use, are granted rights for life. Photos used for monetary gain are granted use with life time credit and recognition of the photographer. Credit must be given to Instagram: @minmins.photography

Pictures will be edited within 1 week and returned by Google Drive.  Express editing is an extra $100 and can be paid through one of the previously mentioned payment methods.

I understand that I will only receive photos of the photographers choosing. Photographer reserve the right to change prices at anytime. If the photographer has extra photos they will be offered to client at a extra cost of $15 per photo. Unedited pictures can be provided at $10 per photo.

The photographer is not responsible for the  inability to perform a job due to things beyond their control. This can include things like injury, illness, acts of God, or digital files getting lost. Full cost of session will be returned in case of any incident.

If you have inspiration poses, the photographer will be happy to use them, as long as you provide a copy of the poses by email.

Photographer is not responsible for anything stained by flowers during shoot. If you bring dye to a milk shoot, you are liable for any tub discoloration.
