TRANQUILI-TEA: Lavender, Chamomile, Mugwort, Lemon Balm, Ashwagandha
Lavender is delicate, lightly sweet and relaxing. It blends well with sweet notes of Chamomile. Paired with Lemon Balm, it’s the perfect trio of tranquilizer herbs. The sedative effects of these herbs on the nervous system make them exceptionally effective at easing stress and anxiety, calming your nerves, and helping induce sleep. Mugwort promotes deep sleep and vivid dreams. Ashwagandha balances the major hormones which contribute to anxiety. This blend can also help with a range of stomach and digestion-related issues, often caused as a result of stress and anxious feelings. This blend can be smoked when Ashwagandha root is removed.
WOMB WELLNESS: Shatavari Root, Nettle Leaf, Red Raspberry, Red Clover, Rose Buds & Petals, Chaste Berry
Often times we can avoid pharmaceuticals and heal directly from what the earth naturally gives us. Several herbs are specifically supportive of reproductive health, providing benefits such as uterine health support, hormone balancing, menstrual pain relief, and increased libido. With this herbal blend you can continue to fuel yourself. If you are allergic to asparagus do not take Shatavari, I can replace it with Ashwagandha upon request.
THE TRINITY: Bamboo leaf, Soursop leaf, Moringa leaf
This trinity of medicinal plants are loaded with vitamins & minerals. One receives combined benefits of all three such as an immunity boost, improved digestion, regulated blood sugar levels, healthy hair, skin & nails, + so much more. The leaves are harvested in Central Africa (🇨🇲) and dried away from direct sunlight. We have used these plants for years as medicine in our family.
IMMUNE SUPPORT: Burdock Root, Echinacea, Elderberry, Vana Tulsi, Thyme, Oregano, Ginger Root, Eucalyptus
A healthy immune system reduces your chances of contracting viral infections and the flu. Ditch the pills! Empty your “medicine cabinet” and load your pantry up with herbs. Forget the drowsiness and bad after taste that comes with your usual cold or allergy medicine, and consider the power of plants for a prevention booster, or as a healing aid.
DETOX: Dandelion Root, Milk Thistle, Alfalfa, Neem, Peppermint, Beet Root, Red Clover
Herbs are our bodies’ allies in many areas of health and detox is certainly no exception. A primary principle of traditional herbal treatment was that cleansing and elimination of waste was required before healing could take place. There is no better gentle approach to a detox than drinking an herbal brew. This blend helps eliminate toxins from the liver, colon, kidneys, skin and cleanses the bloodstream.
GUT HEALTH: Nettle leaf, Alfalfa, Wormwood, Bladderwrack, Ginger
Our gut health is the foundation of our overall health. Without a balanced microbiome, nutrients found in the diet will not be fully broken down and utilized by the body. Symptoms of a weakened gut include constipation, loose stools, bloating, nausea, insomnia, etc. This blend features organic herbs high in minerals and vitamins that are key to your gut health.
Nettle and Alfalfa have substantial amounts of Magnesium, Selenium, Fiber, and Vitamin B, C, D & K. Bladderwrack and Ginger are also sources of naturally occurring minerals. Selenium affects the gut flora and helps modify the inflammatory response in the gut. Magnesium regulates your digestive system and improves the levels of stomach acid present in your gut. Wormwood helps to produce an intestinal environment that is deadly to parasites and other dangerous organisms. Do not take Bladderwrack if you’re taking medication for an overactive thyroid.
