There are no refunds for handmade products. I am willing to work with customers if an order needs to be cancelled. Orders must be cancelled within 12 hours with clear communication. If a product arrives damaged photo evidence is required and I will work with the customer to come up with a viable solution. As I am a very small business I cannot afford charge backs and fraudulent behavior like big box corporate entities.
