Regular pieces (Non-The Bakery Collection pieces) are usually processed within 3 business day. The Bakery Collection pieces are shipped out in up to 5 business days since they are handmade. We ship with USPS Priority which can take up to 4 business days for delivery.

Refund Policy

Refunds are permitted. You have 48 business hours from your delivery to request a return. Once the item is returned undamaged, you'll receive a refund on the piece only (NOT THE SHIPPING COST).
