Shipping Policy

Method Priority Mail Shipping is $7.00+ and transit time is between 3-5 business days Shipping Fees Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Dezhapremiumglasses.store you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued. Delivery Claims Dezha Premium Glasses does not hold nor accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. Out of Stock Items Please note, that if your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock, we will go ahead and email/text you in regard to the out of stock item and after 3 business days we will ship the rest of your order issuing a refund for the item(s) not in stock. DURING COVID PLEASE ALLOW FOR 14 ADDITIONAL BUSINESS DAYS TO RECEIVE YOUR ITEMS. We highly recommend every customer use their current physical address for shipping, please do not use temporary addresses for shipping (P.O. Boxes, hotel address, etc.). We will CANCEL all orders that use a temporary address including P.O.Boxes. Please contact our customer care line if your have any questions, comments, or concerns If your order is returned to us you are responsible for the purchase of a new shipping label as we have already shipped out your order and we will have to purchase a brand new shipping label to ship out your package. You have 7 business days to pay for the new shipping label via invoice from our inital email/text (once we have recived the package in the mail) reaching out to you to inform you about the return. We do not offer any refunds so if you choose not to pay for the new label, you are agreeing to not have your order shipped or recieve a refund. *Free Shipping Promotion - Orders must equal or exceed the amount shown after all discounts and coupons have been applied to qualify for the promotion.* Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, Dezha Premium Glasses reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided. We do not change shipping addresses from the address that is on file at checkout and cannot guarantee order cancellation once placed. Additionally, Dezha Premium Glasses reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to: • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;” • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or, • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity. Dezha Premium Glasses also reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above. *All Out-of-Florida State sales tax will be subject to the Customer’s State Use Tax. The payment and submission of the customer’s State Use Tax will be the sole responsibility of the Customer. Dezha's Premium Glasses will not be liable for any Out-of-Florida State Sales or Use tax.*


 

Refund Policy

We have a strict NO REFUND policy! We do not give any refunds under any circumstances. Once you've placed your order you are agreeing to these terms and conditions and you fully understand we do NOT offer any refunds for anything! If your order is returned to us you are responsible for the purchase of a new shipping label as we have already shipped out your order and we will have to purchase a brand new shipping label to ship out your package. You have 7 business days to pay for the new shipping label via invoice from our inital email/text (once we have recived the package in the mail) reaching out to you to inform you about the return. We do not offer any refunds so if you choose not to pay for the new label, you are agreeing to not have your order shipped nor recieve a refund. We only send replacement glasses if you purchase our insurance plan at checkout. Please contact customer service to determine if your item is eligible for a replacement item. If you did not purchase insurance, unfortunately we can not send you a replacement. Any returns must be made at your own cost. You must retain your proof of postage until you have received your refund, just in case your order is lost on its way back to Dezha Premium Glasses. • Returns must be sent to: Dezha Premium Glasses Fulfillment Center 2501 Elm Street Seffner, FL 33584 How Much Does it Cost to Return an Item? We're sorry but we are unable to offer any free returns & exchanges. Returns must be made at your own expense. Please return using a standard trackable service and retain tracking information. Please note it can take 3-5 business days for the payment to show in your account, depending on the card issuer. How Long Does it Take to Process My Return? We aim to process your return as soon as possible, it may take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us.
