Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We ship every business day (Monday-Friday). Delays may occasionally occur. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery, especially if we are experiencing natural disasters, extreme weather, or personal emergencies since we are a small business without the help of many. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Shipping rates & delivery estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses Earth Toned does ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please make sure that you enter your information correctly. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-72 hours. Customs, Duties and Taxes Earth Toned is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Damages Earth Toned is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. All sales are final. We will accept requests for exchange or refund if we have not shipped your order yet. We accept returns for refund or exchange for items damaged in transit. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving your package at [email protected] to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us after the request is confirmed. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Certain situations where no refunds are granted: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Exchanges We only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and return your item to us. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Refunds (If Applicable) We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time (ideally up to 7 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable) If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact the credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund it posted. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]. Shipping To return your product, you should contact us prior to shipping the item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping price will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach may vary. If you are shipping over $75 worth of products, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Lost or Stolen Packages Earth Toned is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. Filing a claim with the shipping carrier will be your best bet.
