All orders are handmade with love and packaged with care. The packages ship via USPS or UPS. Once the package has been shipped, BougieBotanics is not responsible for loss or damages to items. Please contact USPS or UPS directly for any issues regarding your shipment. Due to the COVID-19 crisis, USPS deliveries are taking a bit longer than usual. We are so sorry for all delays and are doing our best to get everything shipped in a timely manner. Returned Shipments If your shipment comes back for any reason, we can ship it out again for an additional shipping fee. To avoid returned shipments, please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout or get in touch with us before your order ships. Once the shipment goes out the door, we are not able to adjust shipments or delivery addresses. Local Pick-Up/Drop-Off Contactless online order pick-up is available only for Houston,TX and Huntsville, TX residents Fridays-Monday at 7am-5pm. To pick up your order for free, please email us or contact us through text stating your order number and estimated time of arrival to our studio, use the code “LOCALPICKUP” at checkout, email, or text. We will email/text you the address when your order is ready. For drop-offs, please email/text us this request and we will respond promptly with an estimated time of delivery. If you’re looking to return, refund, or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! You can return or exchange your product within 14 days past purchase date for store credit, or a different product. It will take about 1-3 days to receive your in house store credit and within 14 days for a replacement product. We accept returns and exchanges for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email within 14 days of the order date, and we will promptly respond accordingly to make sure a replacement or store credit is shipped out. If a replacement item or store credit is not available, we will refund the full purchase price. Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy: Below are some examples of common exceptions: Discounted & Consumable items like cosmetics/skincare, seeds, herbal blends, and etc are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All returns without a receipt are subject to a verification process. Refunds issued for lost items are subject to recharge if BougieBotanics or the seller can verify delivery or frequent abuse. All decisions regarding lost items, returns, and exchanges are subject to applicable laws. The store manager has the authority to make a final decision for all returns. BougieBotanics also reserves the right to close accounts, or to cancel or refuse orders or returns for violations or abuse of our exchange/returns policy, or any fraudulent activities relating to returns.
