Struggling since my husband passed away, please help.

My name is V******, and I never expected to be in a position where I would have to make a post like this. But life changed for me and my children in a way that I am still trying to process and survive.
I’m a single mom to three:
• My twins, C* and A**, who are 8 years old
• And my oldest, C****, who is 18 and living with disabilities
Their father passed away from a heart attack at just 35 years old. One moment we were a family trying to make things work, and the next, everything we depended on was gone. While trying to deal with that loss I’ve lost my job, a lot of other benefits that came with it.

Since passed away the truth is — I haven’t been the same since. Grief doesn’t have a timeline. It doesn’t get easier just because other people think it should. I am still lost. I am still trying to figure out how to stand, how to breathe, how to keep going while being everything my kids need.

And now with our food assistance ending next month, things have become even harder.
Any support offered would go directly toward the things we truly need:
• School clothes and everyday essentials for C* and A**
• Care needs and support for C******
• Household necessities like food, cleaning supplies, and basic items for daily life
Nothing would be taken for granted. Anything given would be a blessing to our home — handled with appreciation, care, and responsibility.
I am not asking for pity. I’m asking as a mother doing everything she can while still trying to heal from a loss that changed everything.
