Delivered in the western United States, Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories in 10-14 business days. These orders are delivered by the United States Postal Service. Standard shipping can be used for any destination including PO/APO/FPO addresses. Expedited Delivered in the western United States within 3-5 business days. Place your order before 2:45pm (ET) Monday through Friday, and we will process your order that same day. These orders are delivered by the United States Postal Service.
We understand that returns are sometimes necessary for a wide variety of reasons. As part of our ongoing mission to provide the best customer service possible, My Personal Collection is proud to be one of the few adult retailers that accepts customer returns. Under our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee, you can return any item on the site for any reason whatsoever during the first 90 days of ownership. Our customer service representatives will work with you to come up with the best solution for your situation by: replacing the original item, substituting a similar item in its place or refunding your money. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
