If there has been an error or you received a defective item, we will gladly exchange it and send you the correct one. If the product happens to be damaged or breaks during shipping or upon arrival, we will replace the item under certain conditions. In order for the candle(s) to be replaced, we require a photo for proof of damage to be emailed to [email protected] within 5 days of the purchase date. We will only accept returns and exchanges for unburned candles.
