Shipping Policy
All synthetic wigs will be shipped within 3 days of purchase confirmation and will be mailed via USPS. Shipping is free on all synthetic wigs. If a wig is on pre-sale or backorder, please allow for an additional 2 weeks before your wig is shipped out. Haircare products are made to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for you hair product to be made and shipped out to you. Some orders may be shipped out within 1 week of being placed, depending on how many orders are being processed. Expect to receive the package 2-7 days after it is shipped. Orders above $100 and orders containing human hair will require a confirmation signature from the carrier. Quirkiesque, and it's partners, are not responsible for the package once it is mailed. If you have any questions email [email protected].
Refund Policy
All sales are final unless there is a defect in the wig, the hair product, or a seller mistake. Eligible refunds must be initiated within 5 days of confirmed delivery. Email us at [email protected] with the details for the refund including pictures. The wig and hair products must be mailed back to and received by Quirkiesque before a refund will be sent out.
