Shipping Policy
I offer free shipping and all orders will be sent with a tracking number. Due to each poem being made-to-order, the turnaround time is 1 week, though I may finish it earlier than that. Also, as of October 2021, USPS has announced that shipping times will be slower than normal (especially in states such as California, Nevada, and Florida—which is where I live). I’ll be using UPS going forward, but please keep in mind that your piece may arrive a little later than usual.
Refund Policy
I do not offer returns / refunds for both custom and non-custom pieces, but if your order gets lost in the mail or never arrives then I will send you a replacement at no charge to you.
