(WEEKENDS ARE NOT BUSINESS DAYS) -Regular orders take 2-6 business days to be processed. -Domestic (USA) customers have the option to choose between USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS shipping for convenience. Shipping & delivery times vary. -International customers have the option to choose between DHL, USPS, or UPS shipping for convenience. Shipping & delivery times vary. The customer will be responsible for any custom fees that may accrue. INCORRECT ADDRESSES -If an address is entered incorrectly at checkout, please email us as soon as possible so we can change the address on file. If your package is shipped back to us, you will have to pay an additional shipping fee to have it reshipped. We are not responsible for packages once they’re taken to the carrier. ALL SALES ARE FINAL Package Returns If a package is returned to sender (us), due to an incorrect/incomplete/undeliverable address, the buyer will have the option to have the package resent and pay an additional shipping fee, or receive a refund minus all shipping costs. We will not refund shipping costs under any circumstances when an order is sent back to us. Returns/Exchanges Due to the hygienic and perishable nature of our cosmetic items, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for sanitary reasons. Please also note, due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are not allowed to accept any returns and exchanges.
