Orders $250 or more after shipping charges will require signature confirmation for U.S. customers. If you are unhappy with an item for any reason, please notify me within 14 days of receipt of package so we can discuss options. If contacted after this time period, I may be limited in what I can do to remedy any issues. All returns must be sent with all original packaging materials, in unused condition and postmarked back within 30 days of me responding to your contact message. I will be happy to exchange it for something of equal value, or payment of the purchase price difference, OR issue a refund for the cost of the item only. I may not honor full or any refunds/exchanges for any merchandise that is postmarked back to me after 30 days of me responding to your contact message, has been used, and/or is not sent with all original packaging materials. Please note you are responsible for the shipping and handling charges of returning the merchandise to me.
