Ebony Jewels &CO has a 7 day return/exchange policy, meaning you have 7 days from the delivery date to submit a request to return or exchange your purchase. Jewelry must be unworn and shipped in its original packaging. Note: If applicable, please do not place shipping label on custom packaging box. Place custom box in the original black or beige bubble envelope (or an envelope/box of your choice) and place return label over the original shipping label. Shipping cost is of the responsibility of the customer.
