Vendor Biography

An idea that started back in 2018.

A mission to deliver practical and meaningful value to others.

A way to share some of my experience in fitness from having been an athlete as young as five years old, and introduced to exercise at ten years old.

With a background not only in “walking the walk”, but having been certified through the NSCA.. applying both a scientific and applied approach to content.

In doing so, I wanted something to call my own. I wanted to create a space that others could go to for their access to all things health and fitness.

I wanted a recognizable image for the ideas I had, and so the AAF brand was born.

From there it was all about creating a healthy, safe perception of fitness through reliable information and consistent, but nurturing, encouragement.

My mission is to create a network of individuals who not only believe that they are capable of improving themselves, but extending a hand to others and supporting the growth of others too!
