Bawdy Rituals is less of a company and more of an ideology that re-affirms the importance of self-care. There are various “rituals” we perform while we’re taking care of ourselves and our bodies (i.e. exercising, meditation, cleaning, etc.), so we wanted to create a line of products that can be useful and help us perform these rituals.
What led to the birth of Bawdy Rituals?
We got tired of working pay check to pay check for a dead end job that we did not feel any connection to what so ever, so we decided to take matters into our own hands and come up with a business plan that really encapsulates our personal interests. We’ve always had a shared interest in bath products, tarot cards, astrology, and etc. So we figured, why not create a brand that combines everything? Which is how we came up with Bawdy Rituals.
What makes our products special?
We take our time to plan and create new products before we add them to our shop. There is a lot of thought that goes into the creation of our products, which makes them special. Our products are made using all natural ingredients. We try not to use chemicals that can be harmful to our bodies and the environment. Each product we create is based on a certain aesthetic—we get most of our inspiration from astrology, tarot cards, mythology, etc. Our products are strategically made so that the name is personified by the appearance and smell. We try to focus on using essential oils that fit the nature and captures the essence of each individual product.
