  • Help clients identify their health and wellness goals (e.g., reduce stress, eat healthier, sleep better, improve fitness).

  • Understand the client’s current lifestyle, habits, and challenges.

  • Perform Bio Scans to access how healthy are your organs, vitamin levels, PH levels.

  • Do blood type testing to help you identify the right foods for your blood type.

🧠 Mindset & Motivation

  • Support behavior change through motivational interviewing and mindset work.

  • Help break through mental blocks and self-sabotaging patterns with diet, exercise, mind and body.

📝 Create Personalized Plans

  • Collaborate with clients to create realistic, sustainable action plans tailored to their lives.

  • Set short- and long-term goals and break them down into manageable steps.

📈 Track Progress & Provide Accountability

  • Check in regularly (weekly or biweekly sessions).

  • Celebrate wins and adjust the plan if things aren’t working.

🌿 Educate & Inspire

  • Share resources, tools, and strategies related to nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, and more.

  • Often pull from a holistic approach—considering body, mind, and sometimes spirit.
