How can I order a custom piece?

All custom orders can be discussed via email prior to ordering. Please Include size of applicable, styles, and as much detail as possible for faster results.

I did not receive my order, what do I do?

We are so sorry to hear this and we want you to have your order too! Unfortunately, once orders leave Mgodibeauty, USPS has full responsibility of the packaging. If you’ve tracked your package and it’s not found, please contact USPS with your tracking information for further assistance.

My Copper is tarnishing, what do I do?

True copper tarnishes fast (We know it’s a headache, but on the bright side, at least you know it’s real copper). A little scrub with Vinegar followed by a rinse of water should do the trick!

My order was cancelled, Why?

Unfortunately, if you do not leave a size or specific crucial information needed for your order as prompted, the order is unable to be filled. If no response is given to the follow up email in 48 hours, the order will be canceled and fully refunded
