A graduate of Florida International University, Mrs. Chambers received her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and her Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education. She has worked for Miami-Dade County Public Schools for 5 years, beginning as a substitute teacher and graduating to a middle school science teacher. With over 10 years of child care experience, inside and outside of the classroom, Mrs. Chambers has a powerful passion for youth and aims to help each child in her direct care achieve academic success as well as accomplish personal milestones. Mrs. Chambers recently made her debut as a children’s book author with the title “The Little Fro” which aims to teach children a lesson of self-love and acceptance. Mrs. Chambers is a devoted wife and mother of one, who’s ultimate objective is to provide the level of education that all students deserve, incorporating her teaching philosophy that all students can learn and be successful with hard work and a loving, helping hand.
