One of the hardest things to do is to ask for help because people always slam the door in your face or judge you, but here I am seeking help. I work full time, but I’ve ran into a problem where I need repairs to my. I need tires and I need my struts fixed that’s 600. I have my water bill that needs paying. I haves light bill. I pay what I can and continue request extension on it. I go door dash but about time you work it, majority of that goes in gas. I would appreciate any help. I will forever be grateful. Hello everyone. I recently graduated from college to try and do better for my family and give them a better life. During the time I was in school I lost my job and everything went south this year with this economy. We fell behind in Rent, electric and Gas bills. I have 4 children, and I’m doing my very best. I am need of a battery for my scooter and a help on a few overdue bills. I’m also trying to get my walker repaired as well as glasses, supplements, pain meds and adaptive household things such as a can opener and electric toothbrush so I can function with chronic weakness and pain. I have Graves disease, Myasthenia gravis, sciatica, and severe glaucoma and anemia. These funds will also help me pay utilities that I desperately need to catch up on. I work very hard to be a productive member of society, I just need a little help to get back on my feet so to speak. I’ve been chronically ill for 27 years. I turn 50 soon. ANY HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Hi I’m a mother to 3 and just needing to pay utility bill, &gas bill just trying to keep my kids out the dark or moving out temporarily due to lights & gas out. I hate to ask, I really am not accustomed to bothering anyone and usually work 100 + hours biweekly, but due to a recent injury I have light duty I don’t have the hours to cover everything asking for 900.00 to cover light bill and gas bill. Earlier this year, in February 2025, I lost my grandmother — the person who was my biggest support system and my only stable home. Since her passing, life has been a constant struggle to keep my baby girl and myself safe and sheltered.

With the little help I could get from friends, I managed to get a rent-to-own shed to live in. It’s not much, but I made it into a home for my daughter — a place where she could sleep safely and stay warm. Unfortunately, things have gotten harder. Without family nearby and no reliable childcare, I haven’t been able to keep steady work.

Now I’m facing eviction and repossession of the shed — and I’m terrified of having nowhere to go with my baby. I’ve tried everything I can to stay afloat, but I’m at a point where I truly need help.
Update:my mom’s car has broken down and that was our only transportation. My house is up for repossession and could be picked up any day.
