Processing & Delivery Times Processing time is the time it takes to prepare your order to ship. You will receive a notification when your order ships out. Delivery Time is the time it takes your order to arrive after you receive a notification that your order has shipped. Address Changes If you discover that your shipping address is incorrect please reach out to us as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped your address can not be changed. Relaxants Candle Co. is not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address that were entered by the customer.

We will work to resolve any issues as soon as possible. If your order is damaged in transit, you will need to partner with the carrier to open a claim.
