Process time for orders, 3-5 business days. For US residents, about 3-5 business days for shipping, this excludes weekends and/or holidays. Please note that the purchaser is responsible for inputting the correct shipping address. If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, BeautifulDae is not responsible for returned packages. If by any reason the shipment is returned, (the shipping address is incorrect, the carrier is unable to locate the recipient, etc.); we will contact you by email to re-confirm the shipping address. The purchaser will be charged for shipping the package to its proper destination (even if the order originally warranted free or reduced shipping). Or, if the purchaser prefers, BeautifulDae can issue a refund for that purchase, minus the initial cost of our shipping and a 25% restocking fee. *If your address cannot be verified by the shipping system, we cannot process your order and you will be issued a full refund. If you still have not received your package after 1-2 business days from date of delivery, please contact USPS to report a lost package and open a case and obtain a case number. From there, they will launch an investigation to locate your package with the courier. We are not responsible for any damaged products, lost packages, or missing items that occur during transit. There is no refund for shipping fees. Please contact your local USPS for further information regarding missing or lost packages. Once your order has shipped, we have no control over it. Damages: BeautifulDae is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Take Pictures as you may need them for a claim. Lost and Stolen Packages: BeautifulDae is not liable for any lost or stolen packages under any circumstances. If a package is lost or stolen the following steps are required. Call the Carrier and get specific details regarding your delivery. Be sure to check around your home and around mailbox. Inquire your Neighbors.
Due to the nature of products sold here, there are absolutely NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES! ALL SALES ARE FINAL In rare instances, if we are not able to fulfill your order, we will notify you via email for any item that is currently out of stock. You will be issued a full refund for out of stock items. Any order(s) that comes through that has been marked as an “Fraud Alert” by Shopify or PayPal, our system will automatically refund your order. Customers with any previous dispute will be banned from making future purchases.
