Shipping policy To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. Processing time All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process. Please note we are subject to payment processing and verification depending on the bank laws of your country this can take up to 3 days before we process your order . What currency are the prices quoted in? All prices are quoted in USD. Please note that if you are not based in the US, your bank may do a currency conversion for your purchase. How long does shipping take? We provide tracked express shipping worldwide. All orders will be delivered faster 10 to 15 days to USA and Europe. If you have a multi-item order, you may receive one part of your order faster than the other. We thank you for your patience during this time. Shipping takes approximately 15-30 business days depending on your location. Due to the Covid-19 situation, we have revised our shipping times as follows: Shipping to USA: 10 -30 days (tracked international shipping) Shipments to USA will be delivered by USPS. Items going to France are handled by La Poste and SkyNet France respectively while items going to Australia are handled by Australian Post. When you place an order with us, you will receive an email confirming your purchase and another email with the tracking ID for you to track your order in real time as it speeds through the delivery network. Why don’t I see any tracking information? For items heading to the US, we send items in bulk to the US via express courier (e.g., DHL, Fedex) before they are transferred to the nearest USPS facility for final delivery. Once the shipment is transferred to USPS, you will see updates on USPS tracking with an estimated delivery date. Please note that it takes around 5-7 days for the tracking to be updated and displayed from the order date. What happens if I don’t receive my order? Under our Refund Policy, we will issue a refund for your item that does not arrive after 45 days from the order date. Please be assured that we will do our best to ensure that you receive your item on time, but factors outside our control (i.e., customs clearance, protests, pandemic lockdowns) may cause delays. We ship to most countries worldwide including USA, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Australia and most of Southeast Asia. Yes, you will receive a tracking number when we ship out your items for you to track your item in real time. This tracking number may also be used to track your order with your local mail delivery service (i.e., USPS, Royal Mail) depending on your country and location. How long does it take to receive a tracking number? It takes approximately 2-5 business days to receive a tracking number for your item. Please note that it may take up to 7 days to receive your tracking number for some items .For multi-item orders, tracking numbers for all items will only be sent once all the items have been shipped. The tracking numbers will be sent to your email address you used during checkout. For multi-item orders, why do my items have separate tracking numbers? If you have ordered multiple items from our store (for example, a water bottle and a phone case ), you may have noticed that we provide two separate tracking IDs for these items. This is because we may ship out your item from separate warehouses across the country depending on availability. We try our best to ship out multiple items in single packages for your convenience. Occasionally, we may also ship out items separately due to packet size restrictions in your country. In either case, you would be able to track each individual item in real time. How do I track my order using my tracking number? To track your order in real time, just click on the tracking number sent to your email to see the delivery status of your order. How would I receive the tracking numbers? The tracking numbers would be sent via email to the email you used during checkout. Can I cancel or amend my order after payment? Please note that we generally do not allow order cancellations after payment has been made. You may however request a change in item after placing your order (e.g., if you wanted a pink phone case instead of a white one). Please contact our customer service immediately using the contact us page before we ship out your items. Why do I have to pay for shipping? We provided free shipping for all orders initially, but free shipping meant that orders were delivered slower for smaller items as it goes through ordinary mail. In an effort to decrease shipping times and provide tracking across all items, we have introduced a fee for this expedited shipping method that uses a faster service and delivery courier.
Refund policy Customers may apply for a return or exchange within30 days after receiving product(s). Refunds will be made by the same method you used to pay. Please note: items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned/exchanged. Sale and promotional items are excluded and remain subject to our regular return/exchange policy. RETURN/EXCHANGE CONDITIONS All items must be returned in their original selling condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with all their tags still attached. All items must be returned with their original boxes. All items must be returned in one package. Return/Exchange shipments must be made using the same service as the original delivery. We can only accept returns/exchanges from the country to which an order was originally shipped, for example, orders delivered to the US must be returned from the US Customised items cannot be returned. The return/exchange is unfortunately not free of charge (import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense). For hygiene reasons, underwear briefs, certain jewellery, make-up and skincare products cannot be returned. Swimwear briefs and swimsuits can only be returned if the sanitary liner strip is intact. Naturally any faulty items can be returned. If the item is damaged or broken during the transportation process, please take a photo and contact us as soon as you receive the package. We accept full compensation or reissue a new package. We reserve the right not to accept any return/exchange if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition. You will be informed if we propose to reject your refund/exchange; you may choose to have the product sent back to you at your own expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Exceptions / non-returnable items Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item . Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know refund was approved or not. If approve be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Additionally Omi Cute reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to: •An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;" •An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or , •Potential fraudulent or criminal activity. Similarly, Omi Cute reserves the right to limit , refuse, and/or reject returns (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
